How We Use Client Information

Our Surveys
We may post a survey or promotion on our Web site. Information that you provide in connection with a survey or promotion may be used for internal marketing purposes including, but not limited to, developing Web site information and services you may find helpful. We also may inform you of new or upgraded products and services from Metrocities Mortgage based on the information you give us.

Our Planning Tools
When you use any planning tools, such as calculators and worksheets that we post on our Web site, the calculations are not stored in our records. We have no access to the personal information you provide when using these planning tools.

Information Collection
Parts of our site may require personal information, such as your e-mail address or account numbers, before you are permitted to perform tasks such as reviewing your accounts or corresponding with us. In these situations, we collect your information, if necessary, to interact with you. If you don't interact with us or you browse anonymously, including pages linked to a Metrocities Mortgage affiliate, personal information such as your e-mail address is not collected. We collect data regarding visits to our Web site, including domain name, pages visited, and length of user session to assess the usefulness of our site.
